The Sigenergy SigenMicro 500W 1-in-1 is a compact single-phase microinverter for connecting one solar PV module, with a 500W nominal AC output and support for commonly used modules rated from 400W to 670W+. It features a 16–60V MPPT range, up to 97.0% maximum efficiency, built-in WLAN Mesh communication and an integrated EMS, removing the need for a separate network gateway. The Sigenergy SigenMicro 500W 1-in-1 is a compact single-phase microinverter designed to convert the DC output from a single solar PV module into grid-compatible AC power. Suitable for both rooftop and balcony solar applications, it combines module-level power conversion, monitoring and protection with built-in WLAN communication.

Designed for commonly used PV modules rated from 400W to 670W+, the SigenMicro 500 supports one module with a 16–60V MPPT operating range, a 20V start-up voltage, 16A maximum input current and 20A maximum short-circuit input current. Its nominal AC output is 500W, with support for 220V, 230V and 240V single-phase grid connections.

Sigenergy uses an innovative DAB topology and a galvanically isolated high-frequency transformer design, with a stated maximum efficiency of 97.0% for the 500W model. The microinverter also incorporates an Energy Management System (EMS), allowing operation without a separate network gateway, while WLAN Mesh communication is designed to provide reliable and scalable connectivity across the installation. AI-assisted layout recognition is intended to simplify commissioning. 

Integrated safety and monitoring functions include grid monitoring, ground-fault detection, PV module-level monitoring, rapid shutdown and surge protection. An IP67 enclosure, natural-convection cooling and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +65°C make the SigenMicro suitable for demanding outdoor installations.

Installation is simplified through a bracket-mounted design and plug-and-play AC connector. The unit measures 232 × 186 × 35mm (W × H × D, excluding bracket) and weighs 2.8kg.
