The DMEGC Solar 635W Infinity RT is a high-output N-type bifacial dual-glass solar module designed for commercial and utility-scale PV projects. With 635W front-side output, 23.5% module efficiency and additional rear-side generation potential, it is built to help reduce system-level costs while maximising energy yield on larger installations. The module uses a silver frame and white backsheet construction, with dual 2mm heat-strengthened glass for long-term durability.

The DMEGC Solar 635W Infinity RT 132 Cut Bi-Facial Dual Glass N-type Mono Solar Module is a powerful commercial and utility module designed for projects where high wattage, efficiency and long-term reliability are key. Built with N-type mono-crystalline cells in a 132-cell layout, the module delivers 635W maximum power at STC and achieves a module efficiency of 23.5%.
Its bifacial design allows the rear side of the module to capture reflected light from the installation surface, increasing total energy yield where site conditions allow. Under the datasheet’s BNPI condition, the 635W model reaches 702W, while the rear-side power gain table shows potential output of 699W at 10% gain, 762W at 20% gain and 826W at 30% gain.
The dual-glass construction uses 2mm heat-strengthened glass on both the front and rear, helping protect the module against harsh environmental conditions. The panel is fitted with an IP68 junction box and is certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730. It is also rated for a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC, with Class II protection and an IEC Class C fire rating.
For installation planning, the module measures 2382 x 1134 x 30mm and weighs 32.3kg. Mechanical ratings include a maximum test load of front 5400Pa / back 3600Pa and a maximum design load of front 3600Pa / back 2400Pa, subject to the installation method and manufacturer instructions.
DMEGC supports the Infinity RT range with a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty. The warranty chart on page 1 states no more than 1% first-year degradation and no more than 0.4% annual degradation over 30 years, with 87.4% retained performance at year 30.
