Intatec 2 Pack 500mm Pre Insulated Hoses 1 1/4” Female Swivel Bent x 35mm

The Inta Intaflex HPHOSE50035B is a pair of 500mm Primary Pro pre-insulated heat pump hoses designed to give a fast, compliant connection between an ASHP and 35mm primary pipework, while minimising heat loss and protecting system efficiency. Each hose has a 1¼" female swivel elbow at the heat pump end and a 35mm compression connection for the pipework, making it ideal for larger output air source heat pump installations using 35mm flow and return.

Supplied pre-insulated with Primary Pro waterproof, UV-resistant insulation, the hoses are engineered specifically for external use. The closed-cell polyethylene insulation (approx. 19mm wall thickness) is rated from -45°C to +105°C, with a low thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/m·K at 0°C and very high vapour resistance, helping to meet Building Regulations Part L requirements for fully insulated external pipework and to maintain the heat pump’s COP and SCOP. An additional insulation piece is included to cover the connections, and Inta recommends sealing all joints with Primary Pro Bond & Seal (INSULBOND) and checking/re-coating during annual servicing.

Hydraulically, the flexible stainless-steel hoses are rated to 10 bar max static pressure and 90°C max inlet temperature, suitable for systems using water or water/glycol mixtures up to 50%. This combination of robust construction, factory-applied insulation and installer-friendly swivel/elbow design makes the HPHOSE50035B a practical choice for tidy, repeatable ASHP connections, reducing on-site lagging time and helping ensure the finished system performs as designed in all weathers.
