The LONGi Solar 650W Hi-MoX10 Dual Glass HPBC + N-type Mono Solar Module – Silver Frame/White Backsheet is engineered for installers who need maximum output, high efficiency and long-term reliability in demanding Solar and Off-Grid Power projects. With a rated power of 650 W and module efficiency of around 24.1%, it lets you design compact, high-yield arrays that make better use of roof or ground space and help drive down balance-of-system costs.

 

This Hi-MoX10 module uses LONGi’s latest N-type back-contact (HPBC/BC-cell) technology on TaiRay wafers to deliver strong performance, particularly in high-temperature environments. The 144-cell (6×24) layout is encapsulated between two 2 mm sheets of semi-tempered glass, creating a robust dual-glass construction with bifaciality of around 70%. Compared with conventional glass–backsheet modules, this structure improves resistance to moisture, UV and mechanical stress, helping to minimise degradation and reduce the risk of hot spots and microcracks over the system lifetime.

 

LONGi backs the Hi-MoX10 range with a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty. First-year degradation is limited to less than 1%, followed by just 0.35% per year from year 2 to 30, leaving at least 88.85% of initial output after three decades. That combination of top-tier efficiency and extended warranty coverage gives your commercial and industrial customers real confidence in long-term energy yield and financial performance.

 

For system designers, the module’s 1500 V DC rating and 30 A maximum series fuse allow long strings on large rooftop and ground-mount systems, reducing cabling, combiner hardware and installation time. The temperature coefficient of Pmax at -0.26%/°C and a nominal operating cell temperature of 45±2°C support strong real-world performance in hotter climates and on cement roofs where operating temperatures can be elevated.

 

Mechanically, the module measures 2382 × 1134 × 30 mm and weighs 33.5 kg, with a silver anodised aluminium alloy frame and IP68 junction boxes. Front-side static load capacity of 5400 Pa and rear-side capacity of 2400 Pa, plus proven hail resistance (25 mm at 23 m/s), make it suitable for exposed, high-wind or snowy locations. That gives you flexibility to deploy it on industrial roofs, large commercial arrays and utility-scale Solar and Off-Grid Power projects.
