Sigenergy Sigen Gateway C60-2
The Sigenergy Sigen Gateway C60-2 is a compact, 60 kW three-phase switchgear module that turns any SigenStor installation into a true micro-grid. Acting as the power-distribution brain between the grid, up to two SigenStor inverters, on-site batteries and a diesel generator, it delivers seamless 0 ms load-side switchover, advanced anti-backflow protection and fully coordinated backup control.
Core performance
60 kW / 91.2 A nominal power on both grid and backup outputs (380–400 V, 50/60 Hz).
0 ms disruption time when the grid fails—critical loads stay energised without UPS hardware.
Built-in bypass circuit maintains power while the system is serviced or firmware is updated.
Generator smart port (380–400 V) with two-wire auto-start for long-duration outages.
Real-time current sensing with 350 ms anti-backflow response keeps export at zero when required by DNO rules.
Scalable micro-grid architecture
Connect two SigenStor Energy Controllers (up to 45.6 A each) to build a 60 kW AC-coupled storage plant.
Parallel gateways can be added later—Sigenergy offers models up to 1.2 MW with identical control logic, protecting your design against future load growth.
Fast-Ethernet, RS-485 and dry-contact interfaces integrate with site-wide EMS and genset ATS panels.
Environmental durability
Operates from -30 °C to +55 °C; storage –40 °C to +70 °C.
Certified to run at 4 000 m altitude; humidity 0–100 %.
Tested to IEC over-voltage category III for industrial reliability.
Benefits for EPCs and O&M teams
Zero-touch failover cuts client downtime and removes the need for external ATS equipment.
Natural cooling and screen-less design reduce maintenance points and extend service life.
One data lead, one DC bus: the gateway auto-discovers connected SigenStor devices for 10-minute commissioning.
Upgradeable firmware via LAN ensures future grid-code updates or VPP features can be rolled out remotely.
Typical applications
Commercial buildings needing < 60 kW whole-site backup without diesel at night.
Rural micro-grids combining PV, batteries and standby gensets.
EV-charging hubs that must island instantly yet honour export caps when grid-connected.
Install the Sigenergy Sigen Gateway C60-2 to transform a standard solar-plus-storage project into a resilient micro-grid that protects revenue, meets stringent export limits and scales effortlessly with future energy demands.
