Solis S6 27.6kW Repower Solar Inverter – 3 Phase with DC is a commercial three-phase string inverter designed for repowering projects where existing cabling and system layouts need to be retained. Built for like-for-like replacement, it features 4 MPPTs with 8 strings, supports up to 41.4kW recommended PV power, and delivers 27.6kW rated output power, making it a strong option for upgrading existing commercial PV systems with minimal disruption. It also supports 50mm² maximum AC cable size, helping simplify replacement on sites where existing cabling is being reused.

From a technical perspective, the inverter offers a maximum input voltage of 1100V, start-up voltage of 180V, MPPT operating range of 180–1000V, and maximum input current of 4 × 42A. On the AC side, it provides 27.6kW max output power, 27.6kVA max apparent output power, operates at 3/N/PE, 230V / 400V, and has a 40.0A rated grid output current. With 98.6% maximum efficiency and 98.1% EU efficiency, it is designed to deliver strong performance and energy yield in commercial applications.

The unit is also equipped for reliable long-term operation in demanding environments, with IP66 protection, C5 anti-corrosion level, intelligent fan cooling, and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C. Protective and monitoring features include DC reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit protection, anti-islanding protection, DC Type II / AC Type II surge protection, string monitoring, I/V curve scanning, and an integrated DC switch. For commissioning and monitoring, it includes LED indicator plus Bluetooth + app, RS485 as standard, and optional Wi-Fi or GPRS connectivity.
