Solis S6 350kW Solar Inverter – 3 Phase – 6 MPPT is a high-capacity three-phase string inverter built for large commercial and utility-scale solar installations. Designed for strong performance and simplified plant design, it features 6 MPPTs, supports up to 30 input strings, and offers 80A per MPPT, making it compatible with high-current 182 and 210 series bifacial modules. With support for a DC/AC ratio above 150%, the inverter is well suited to maximising energy yield on larger ground-mount and commercial rooftop projects.

 

From a technical standpoint, the inverter delivers 350kW rated output power, 350kVA maximum apparent power, and operates at 800V, 3/PE. On the DC side it offers a 1500V maximum input voltage, 500V start-up voltage, 480–1500V MPPT range, and 6 × 80A maximum input current. It also achieves 99.0% maximum efficiency and 98.7% EU efficiency, helping support high system performance across demanding applications. Protective features include DC reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit protection, DC Type II / AC Type II surge protection, anti-islanding protection, string monitoring, I/V curve scanning, night-time SVG function, integrated PID recovery, and an integrated DC switch.

 

Built for harsh outdoor environments, the unit has an IP66-rated enclosure, C5-M anti-corrosion protection, intelligent fan cooling, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +60°C. It also includes advanced site-friendly features such as PLC communication support, fast 20ms reactive power response, AC/DC terminal temperature detection, online insulation fault detection, reverse dust removal, and indoor dehumidification. With OT terminal AC connection up to 400mm², Bluetooth + app monitoring, and optional PLC communications, it is a strong choice for large-scale solar projects that need efficient generation, smart monitoring and robust long-term reliability.
