The Trinasolar 625W Vertex N Dual Glass N-type i-TOPCon Solar Module - Silver Frame Transparent BiFacial - Traceable is a high-output solar PV module aimed at utility-scale and large C&I projects where every metre of rack space and every watt of yield count. Built on Trina’s 210mm Vertex N platform, this module delivers up to 625W with around 23.1% module efficiency, allowing you to design higher string powers and extract more kWp per tracker or fixed-tilt row.

Using N-type i-TOPCon monocrystalline cells in a bifacial, dual-glass construction, the module combines high front-side power with meaningful rear-side gains. With a typical bifaciality of 80%, you can unlock an additional 10–20% energy yield in suitable high-albedo environments, directly improving project IRR and reducing LCOE.

From a design perspective, the Trinasolar 625W Vertex N Dual Glass N-type i-TOPCon Solar Module - Silver Frame Transparent BiFacial - Traceable has been optimised as a “best partner” for 1P trackers, with a 2382 × 1134 × 30mm format that maximises tracker length utilisation and container loading. The low-voltage, high-current architecture supports higher string power, which helps reduce BOS costs (fewer strings, fewer DC combiners and simplified cabling).

The dual-glass build – 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass on both sides – minimises micro-cracking and improves long-term durability versus glass–backsheet designs. Combined with non-destructive cell cutting and high-density interconnection, it is engineered for high mechanical robustness and excellent field reliability in harsh conditions. The module is certified for resistance to salt mist, ammonia, sand, PID, LID and LeTID, making it suitable for coastal, agricultural and desert-edge sites across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

Energy performance is underpinned by N-type technology. You benefit from low first-year degradation of around 1% and annual attenuation of around 0.4% up to 30 years, backed by a 12-year product warranty and 30-year power guarantee. The low temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C helps maintain output on hot days, supporting stable generation profiles through summer peaks.

“Traceable” refers to Trina’s certified low-carbon manufacturing and product documentation. The module carries product carbon footprint and environmental declarations (ISO 14067, ISO 14064-3, ISO 14025) and is supplied with robust serial-level traceability, helping asset owners and EPCs meet ESG reporting, green finance and compliance requirements without additional paperwork.
