ValkPitched Trapezoidal is a Van der Valk Solar Systems roof mounting system for pitched roofs with trapezoidal or corrugated metal sheets in steel or aluminium. Minimum crown width for rivets: 25 mm. Profile material: EN AW 6060 (AlMgSi 0.5). Minimum crown width for rivet fixing is 25 mm. For thin sheet screws, the datasheet advises 1600-1800 rpm until the sheet is penetrated, then tightening at low speed. Maximum torque guidance is given by sheet type and thickness: steel plate >0.8 mm 3 Nm; steel plate <0.8 mm 1 Nm; aluminium plate >0.8 mm 1 Nm; aluminium plate <0.8 mm 0.5 Nm.
